幽门螺杆菌(Hp)是人类最常见的致病菌之一,与慢性胃炎、消化性溃疡、肠上皮化生、胃癌、黏膜相关性淋巴样组织(MALT)淋巴瘤等密切相关。Hp对胃黏膜的损伤作用有3方面的因素:一、宿主因素,它决定最终临床感染结果;二、自身因素,如Hp表面及释放入血的小分子多肽等;三、环境因素,如营养状况等。Hp释放的小分子多肽对胃黏膜的损伤作用是Hp的致病机制之一。
