摘    要:目的:建立HPLC法测定傣药木莲(Manglietia fordiana Oliv.)树皮中厚朴酚的含量。方法:Zircbrom C18(200×4.6mm,5μ),乙腈-0.5%磷酸溶液(50:50)为流动相,流速1mL·min^-1,检测波长290nm,柱温:30℃,外标定量法。结果:厚朴酚在0.05896—5.896μg范围内有良好线性关系,r=0.9999;样品溶液在24h内稳定,日内精密度良好,RSD=0.82%;平均回收率为98.28%,RSD为3.3%(n=9)。结论:本方法测定木莲树皮中厚朴酚的含量专属性强,精密度好,结果准确可靠。

Abstract:Objective: To develop an RP - HPLC method to determiine content of Magnolol in bark of Mulina ( Manglietiafordiana Oliv. ).Methods: RP-HPLC method and irchrom Cls (200 × 4.6mm,5μn) was used. The mobile phase consisted of CH3CN - 0.5 % H3PO4 solution (50: 50) and the flow rate was 1.0mL·min^-1. The UV detection wavelength was 290nm. Column temperature:30℃. Results:The linear range of determination of Magnolol was 0.05896 - 5. 896μg, r = 0. 9999; the sample solution was stable within 24h, the precision in a day was good, RSD = 0.82 % ; the average recovery results of Magnolol were 92.28%, RSD 为 3.3% (n = 9). Conclusion: This methods was good specialty and precision to determine content of Magnolol in bark of Mulina, rsults were accurate and credible.
