手术治疗开放性跟腱断裂

目的探讨开放性跟腱断裂手术方法及其疗效。方法回顾性分析57例开放性跟腱断裂行手术治疗的患者资料。结果57例患者均获随访，随访期6个月至2年。新鲜组开放性跟腱断裂疗效优良率86．7％，并发症发生率6．7％；陈旧组优良率58．3％，并发症发生率116．7％。新鲜组和陈旧组开放性跟腱断裂术后临床疗效和并发症发生率差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论开放性跟腱断裂早期准确诊断及手术治疗能够有效的降低并发症，获得满意疗效。

Operative treatment for open rupture of achilles tendon

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of surgical method and result of treatment for open achilles tendon rupture. Methods Data of 57 patients with open achilles tendon rupture treated by surgical repair were retrospectively analyzed. Results All of 57 cases were followed up for 6 months to 2 years （ average 14 months）. The outcome of patients was assessed with thermann criteria for clinical evaluation of achilles tendon injury. The excellent rate was 86.7% in patients of fresh group with open achilles tendon rapture, while it was 58.3% in patients of old group. There was statistically significant difference between these two groups. The incidence of complications was lower in fresh group（6. 7% ） than that in old group （ 116.7% ） of patients with open achilles tendon rupture, Conclusion The early accurate diagnosis and effective surgical treatment are important in reducing the occurrence of complications and thus it may gain satisfactory effect in treatment of patients with open achilles tendon rupture.
