贵州省镇宁县吸毒人群HIV监测结果分析

目的了解贵州省镇宁县吸毒者艾滋病的感染、传播和流行情况，为制定预防控制艾滋病的策略提供科学依据。方法对县戒毒所所有戒毒者进行调查，并采集静脉血进行HIV抗体检测。结果共调查476名吸毒者，检出HIV抗体阳性63例，占3．24％；不同年龄组间的HIV感染率比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。静脉吸毒者406人，检出HIV阳性59例，感染率为14．53％；口吸吸毒者70人，检出HIV阳性4例，感染率为5．71％。两者比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论镇宁县吸毒人群中HIV感染率较高，感染者以青壮年为主，应尽快采取有效措施防止HIV在该人群中以及该人群向其他高危人群和一般人群中传播。

Analysis of Results of Monitoring HIV among Drug Users in Zhenning County of Guizhou Province

Objective ] To understand HIV infection, transmission and epidemic features among drug users in Zhengning county of Guizhou province, and provide scientific evidence for the development of AIDS prevention and control strategies. Methods ] All drug users who underwent detoxification in Zhenning detoxification centers were investigated and the venous blood was drawn from each one for the detection of HIV. Results ] 476 drug users were investigated, 63 （3.24%） were detected HIV positive. The rate of HIV infection among different age groups had statistical difference （ P 〈0.05）. 406 were venous drug users, 59 （14.53%）were detected HIV positive. 70 were oral drug users, 4 （5.71%）were detected HIV positive. The differences in the comparison was sig- nificant（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion] The infection rate among drug users in Zhenning county is higher, those who infected HIV are mainly young and strong, so effective measures should be taken to prevent HIV from spreading in these people and other high-risk population and ordinary people.
