摘    要:报告了1,6─二磷酸果糖治疗急性缺血性心功能不全时对血波动力学和心肌离子含量的影响。结扎冠状动脉造成心功能不全模型。模型成功后,静脉注射1,6-二磷酸果糖治疗。结果表明,1,6-二磷酸果糖可降低左室舒张未压力,升高心输出量,同时减轻缺血心肌组织中钾、钠、钙、镁、铜、铁、硒等离子含量的异常。

Abstract:Treatment of left ventricular dysfunction(LVD)precipitated by myocardial ischemia remains a major therapeutic challenge.To evaluate the effect of fructose 1, 6-diphosphate(FDP)on LVD and on the ischemic myocardial ion levels,a LVD model was established by occlusion of the left anterior descending and left circumflex coronary arteries in dogs. After succeeded in making the LVD model, FDP was administered (iv),1.0 g in the first two minutes , and 1.5 mg/kg/min for 3 hours. The control dogs (n= 8)were given normal saline (iv). During drug administration,hemodynamic parameters were recorded. At the end of experiment,K ,Na ,Ca(2 ),Mg(2 ),Cu(2 ),Zn(2 ),Fe(2 ) ,Mn(2 ) and Se(2-) concentrations of the ischemic and the non-ischemic left ventricles were determined. LVEDP decreased , CO increased,and mean pulmonary arterial pressure decreased significantly during FDP administratiun. In the control dogs, K and Mg(2 ) concentrations reduced by 44% (p<0.01) and 26% (p<0.01),Na ,Ca(2 ),Fe(2 )and Se(2-)increased by 78% (p<0.01),61% (p<0.01),39% (p<0.01), 79% (p<0.01) and 61% (p<0.01),respectively,in the ischemic myocardium. After FDP treatment, however,changes of the above ion concentrations in the ischemic myocardium was significantly alleviated. The present study suggests that FDP could not only improve hemodynamic parameters, but also prevent ion metabolism abnormality in the ischemic myocardium during ischemic LVD.
