| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨FPSA与TPSA比值对前列腺良性增生(BPH)和前列腺癌的诊断价值。方法:应用美国诊断用品公司生产试剂对30例PC和96例BPH患者进行TPSA和FPSA测定,并计算FPSA/TPSA比值。结果:前列腺癌组FPSA/TPSA均值为0.11±0.008,BPH组均值为0.19±0.09,两组之间有显著差异(P<0.0001),若TPSA范围为4.0-10.0ng/ml,前列腺癌组FPSA/TPSA均值为0.13±0.05,BPH组为0.20±0.10,两组之间有显著性差异(P<0.005)。结论:FPSA/TPSA比值比单独用TPSA诊断前列腺癌更合适,特别适合于TPSA范围为4.0—10.0ng/ml的前列腺癌患者。

| Abstract: | To evaluated the ratio of free -to-total PSA in differential ofPC from BPH we determined sera for total PSA and free PSA from 30 patients of PCand 96 cases BPH. For BPH the mean ratio of free -to-total PSA was 0. 19±0. 09 PC patients was 0. 11±0. 008. There is a significance difference between two groups (P< 0. 0001). The ratio of free-to-total PSA provides useful information for differential diagnosis of PC and BPH, especially in the patients whose TPSA concentration from 4. 0ng/ml to 10. 0ng/ml. |
