食管癌环氧化酶-2的高表达与淋巴转移的关系

摘    要:目的 探讨环氧化酶 -2 (COX -2 )在食管癌中的表达情况及其与淋巴结转移的关系。方法 应用免疫组织化学方法(SP法 ) ,检测 1999~ 2 0 0 1年手术切除的 76例食管癌病人中COX -2的表达。其中有食管旁淋巴结转移者 18例 ,胃左动脉旁淋巴结转移者 11例。结果 COX -2在食管癌中的表达率为 81 6 %,主要为癌组织的表达 ,而在癌旁组织几乎不表达 ;食管癌旁和胃左动脉旁淋巴结转移组COX -2的表达水平均高于未转移组 (P <0 0 0 1)。结论 食管癌中COX -2的高度表达与食管癌的发生、发展及淋巴结转移有关 ,提示COX -2可能是防治食管癌的一个靶位。

Abstract:Aim To study the relationship between expression of COX-2 and lymph node metastasis in esophageal cancer.Methods Seventy-six cases of esophageal carcinoma were studied by immunohistochemical technique.Eighteen patients had esophageal lymph node metastasis and eleven patients had lymph node metas tasis of stomach artery,which were proved by pathology.Results The positive rate of COX-2 expression in carcinoma of the esophagus was 81.6%.But there was no expression in noncancerous specimens of esophagus except for three metastatic esophageal carcinoma.The expression rate of COX-2 was higher in the group of lymph nodes metastasis than that in the group of without lymph nodes metastasis (P<0.001). Conclusions These findings suggest that the over-expression of COX-2 may play a crucial role in the carcinogenesis and development of esophageal cancer,and it enhances lymphatic metastasis in patients with esophageal carcinoma,which supports the notion that COX-2 may provide a target for chemoprevention of esophageal carcinoma.
