佳迪对晚期或复发性卵巢癌患者生活质量的影响

目的:探讨国产甲地孕酮(佳迪胶囊)在晚期或复发性卵巢癌化疗中的作用。方法:将确诊为晚期或复发性卵巢癌且具有化疗适应证的64例患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组34例行常规方案化疗,并行常规对症及支持治疗;治疗组30例在对照组治疗的基础上,化疗前3天每日口服甲地孕酮160mg,连用1周。观察患者的食欲,体重及Karnofsky评分改变并记录不良反应。结果:治疗组食欲增加22例,占73.3%、体重增加18例,占58.9%、Karnofsky评分升高10分以上者16例,占53.3%,对照组食欲增加4例,占11.8%、体重增加5例,占14.8%、Karnof-sky评分升高10分以上者6例,占17.6%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:甲地孕酮可明显减轻化疗的毒副作用,提高化疗患者的生活质量,而且毒副反应不明显。

The Effect of Megestrol to the Quality of Life on Patients with Advanced or Recurrent Ovarian Carcinoma

Objective:To investigate the effect of homemade Megestrol(Megestrol Acetate-Schering Capsule) in patients with advanced or recurrent ovarian carcinoma.Methods:Sixty-four cases with advanced or recurrent ovarian carcinoma were randomly divided into two groups,i.e.30 cases in the treatment group receiving conventional chemotherapy and megestrol acetate and 34 cases in the control group treated with chemotherapy alone.The quality of life(QOL) and toxicity were evaluated by the clinical benefit response and WHO criteria respectively.Results:In the treatment group,improvement of appetite was shown in 22 cases(73.3%) ,body weight gain in 18(58.9%) ,and Karnofsky' scale(KPS scale) enhancement in 16(53.3%) .The results in treatment group were superior compared to the controls(P<0.05) .Conclusions:Megestrol has a beneficial effect on improvement of the quality of life of the patients with advanced or recurrent ovarian carcinoma,while its toxic side effects were not obvious.
