天津四病基地内外人群健康——知识水平调查分析

为考察评价天津四病基地健康教育的效果并探索人群健康知识结构的一般规律,采用入户问卷方式对基地内外人群进行了抽样调查.结果表明:基地内人群健康知识水平显著高于基地外人群,基层保健人员在基地内人群健康知识传播中所起的作用显著大于基地外人群,两组人群中不同年龄,职业和文化程度的健康知识得分顺位结构相一致.本文通过分析认为,天津四病基地健康教育活动取得了初步成效,并为今后探讨健康知识、信念、行为的干预模式提供了指南.

AN ANALYSIS OF HEALTH KNOWLEDGE IN POPULATIONS INSIDE AND OUTSIDE NCD SITES IN TIANJIN

In order to observe and evaluate the effects of health education on knowledge of chronic disease outside amd inside NCD sites and to study the feature of components of the health knowledges sampling survey was carried out in 1992. 4206 residents aged above 7 years inside and outside NCD sites In Tianjin were interviewed at households with the unified questionnair. The restlts showed that the levels of health knowledge in population inside NCD sites were remarkably higher than that outside,and the primary health care personnel inside NCD sites played a more important role in health communication than that outside, but the ranks of scores of different knowledge were similar in different age groups, prof essioins and levels of education between these two populations. The findings suggest that the health education activities at NCD sites in Tianjin have got preliminary effects. The survey provides data for further study of mode of health communication at NCD sites.
