| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨腕管综合征（CTS）的临床表现及神经电生理检测在CTS诊断中的重要意义。方法：对36例CTS患者的临床表现及病因进行分析,并在患者的神经传导速度测定及肌电图检查分析结果基础上给予手术治疗。结果：本组36例患者,术后18个月随访,按照感觉功能等级评定标准,治疗总有效率达88%。结论：神经电生理检测对CTS的早期诊断及手术治疗（用4倍放大镜选择神经束间松解）对术后手部功能的恢复具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the clinical manifestations of carpal tunnel syndrome（CTS） and the significance of electroneurophysiological examination in the diagnosis of CTS. Methods：Analyzed the clinical manifestations and causes in 36 patients with CTS. Patients received surgery based on the analysis of nerve conduction velocity and electromyography examination. Results：The total cure efficiency was 88% in 36 patients of the group in accordance with sensory function rating by eighteen-month follow-up postoperatively. Conclusion：Nerve electrophysiology examination and surgical treat-ment is of great significance in the early diagnosis of CTS and recovery of hand function. |
