脑外科气管切开术后的护理体会

气管切开术是临床抢救和治疗呼吸道梗阻患者的重要措施之一.作为有创的人工气道,由于呼吸道的开放,空气未经鼻腔湿化过滤,而直接与下呼吸道相通,由此造成呼吸道分泌粘稠、干燥、结痂,痰液不易咳出而加重呼吸道阻塞,造成肺部感染.因此,气管切开术后护理一直是护理人员在临床工作中不断研究和探索的重要课题,随着医学科学不断发展和医疗护理质量的不断提高,对这一课题的研究也有了更新的突破.脑外科多属昏迷患者,无意识,不能自主将体内痰液咳出,加之舌后坠,呼吸道梗阻,气管切开患者在全院的比例最高,我科2010年共收治36例气管切开的患者,其中男29例,女17例,平均年龄58岁,平均住院天数为26天.

The thoracic surgery department is the stupor patient, unconsciousness, cannot cough independ- ently in vivo sputamentum,after adds the tongue to fall, the respiratory tract obstruction, the tracheotomy patient is highest in the entire courtyard proportion,my branch in 2010 altogether admits 36 example tracheotomy the patient,in which male 29 examples, the female 17 examples, the average age 58 years old, the average in hospital number of days is 26 days.
