鞍区肿瘤性病变MRI诊断

目的：探讨鞍区肿瘤性病变的MR表现,提高MR对鞍区肿瘤性病变的诊断水平.方法：回顾分析38例经手术病理证实的鞍区肿瘤性病变,分析其MR信号特征、增强扫描强化特征以及与周围结构关系.结果：38例鞍区肿瘤性病变垂体腺瘤30例,脑膜瘤3例,颅咽管瘤2例,生殖细胞瘤1例,转移瘤1例,脊索瘤1例,根据病变部位、信号特征及强化特征,大部分病例可以做出正确的诊断.结论：MRI是评价鞍区肿瘤性病变的首选影像学检查技术,认真分析其MRI表现,对临床诊断及鉴别诊断具有重大意义.
