VSD治疗30例骨科创伤感染的疗效观察

目的：观察封闭负压引流（vacuum sealing drainage,VSD）治疗骨科创伤感染的疗效.方法：对2009年1月～2010年2月我院临床收治的30例骨科创伤感染患者,行手术清创,应用持续封闭负压引流敷料覆盖创面,吸引器持续吸引治疗5～7 d后,拆除敷料（必要时可以更换VSD敷料）然后行游离植皮术.结果：30例患者,一次性植皮后创面愈合26例,两次植皮后创面愈合4例,平均愈合时间10.5±8.5d.结论：VSD能将创面的分泌物和坏死组织彻底清除,刺激肉芽的快速生长,使感染快速得到控制,使创伤性皮肤软组织缺损的治疗时间明显缩短,减轻了换药痛苦,治疗效果显著

Conelusion：VSD can organizes the injured area secretion and necrosis to eliminate thoroughly, the stimulation granulation fast growth,enable the infection to be under the control fast, caused the wound skin soft tissue damage the treatment time to reduce obviously,reduces has traded the medicine pain obviously,the treatment result
