摘    要:目的:探讨血管网织细胞瘤的CT、MRI影像表现及诊断.方法:观察11例经手术病理证实的血管网织细胞瘤的MRI和CT的影像.结果:11例病灶位于幕下,单发9例,多发2例.囊结节型5例,实质肿块型2例,囊实性肿块型4例.影像表现为囊样低密度影伴囊腔壁结节和类圆形实质肿块或囊实性肿块,CT平扫实质呈等密度或稍高于囊液密度.MRI示T1WI高于囊液信号,T2WI呈稍高或等信号.壁结节和实质肿块明显强化,并可见流空信号.结论:血管网织细胞瘤有特征性表现,CT及MRI对血管网织细胞瘤的定位、定性诊断均有较高价值.

Abstract:Objective: Discussion network of bloodvessels histocyte lump CT, MRI phantom performance and diagnosis. Methods: Observes 11 examples after surgery pathology confirmation network of bloodvessels histocyte lump MRI and the CT phantom. Re- sults: 11 example focuses of infection are located under the curtain, the single shot 9 examples, send Z examples much. Pouch tubercle 5 examples, substantive tumour 2 examples, pouch solid turnout 4 examples. The phantom performance for the pouch type low densi- ty shade partner pouch cavity wall tubercle and the kind of circular essence tumour or the pouch solid tumour, CT sweeps the es- sence to assume the equilibrium density or to be higher than the pouch fluid density slightly evenly. MRI shows T1WI to be higher than the pouch fluid signal,T2WI assumes slightly high or the equisignal. The wall tubercle and the substantive turnout obvious strengthening, and flows the spatial signal obviously. Conclusion:The network of bloodvessels histocyte lump has the characteristic value performance,CT and MRI to the network of bloodvessels histocyte lump localization, the qualitative diagnosis has the high value.
