治未病——浅谈颈椎病的预防及调治

目的：探讨护理干预对围手术期治疗老年胆总管结石的疗效影响。方法：我院2009年1月一2010年6月应用手术治疗老年胆总管结石80例,根据术前及术后是否实施护理干预措施随机分为对照组和干预组各40例,对照组给予常规护理;干预组采取围术期护理干预措施：包括术前护理、术后护理及心理护理、并发症护理等。结果：干预组的护理满意度明显高于对照组,术后下床活动时间及住院时间明显短于对照组（p〈0．05）。术后干预组的发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）。干预后3d和干预后7d,两组VAS评分均较干预前明显降低,且干预组降低的程度较对照组更明显（P〈0．05）。结论：老年胆总管结石术后前后同时采取围术期护理干预措施,可以明显缩短住院时间,提高护理满意度及护理质量,降低术后并发症的发生率。

Objective：Discussion nursing intervenes to encircles the surgery time treatment old age choledoch stone the curative effect influence. Methods： My courtyard in January, 2009 -- June, 2010 treats the old age choledoch stone 80 examples using the surgery, after technique in front of and technique whether does implement the nursing intervention measure to divide into the control group and intervention group each 40 examples stochastically, the control group gives conventional nursing;The intervention group adopts encircles the technique time nursing intervention measure： Nurses, the technique after the technique in front of nursing and psychological nursing,complication nursing and so on. Results： The intervention group＇s nursing degree of satisfaction is higher than the control group obviously,after the technique gets out of bed the active time and in hospital time obvious short in the control group （p〈0.05）. After the technique intervenes the group the formation rate to be lower than the control group obviously（p〈0.05）. Before the intervention 3d and the intervention 7d, two group of VAS grading intervenes reduces obviously, also the intervention group reduces the degree compares the control group to be more ohvious（p〈0. 05）. Conclusion： After the old age eholedoch stone tech- nique around simultaneously adopts encircles the technique time nursing intervention measure,may reduce in hospital time obviously, enhances the nursing degree of satisfaction and the nursing quality, after reduces the technique the complication formation rate.
