| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨通过护理干预对产后抑郁症的影响.方法：将100例在我院产检和生产的孕产妇随机分对照组和观察组各50例.对照组采用产后常规治疗与护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上实施护理干预.结果：经护理干预产后抑郁症患病率,观察组显著低于对照组（P〈0.01）.结论：采取有效的护理干预对降低产后抑郁的发病率及症状的恢复有显著的作用.

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the nursing intervention by the impact of postpartum depression. Methods ：100 patients in the hospital for check-ups and production of maternal randomly divided into control group and observation group, 50 patients. Control group with conventional treatment and post-natal care, the treatment group based on the implementation of routine nursing care intervention. Results：The prevalence of postpartum depression nursing intervention rate in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group （P 〈0. 01）. Conclusion： to take effective nursing intervention to reduce the incidence of postpartum depression and the symptoms have a significant role in recovery. |
