| 摘 要： | 本文从中西医的角度认识妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症,并分别阐述了中西医各自治疗本病的方法.对其治疗,西医只能是针对病因而采取的支持、对症、护肝治疗.中医在治疗妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症时采用整体观念和辨证论治的观念,以茵陈蒿汤为主加减治疗本病效果明显,并对胎儿无影响,可继续妊娠,中药治疗显示出优越性,且价格低廉易被患者接受.

| Abstract: | This article from the Angle of pregnancy medicine knowledge al. intrahepatic cholestasis disease, and respectively ex- pounds their methods of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of this disease. Treatment of their,western medicine can only be taken against disease and protect liver support, symptomatic, treatment. Chinese medicine in the treatment of pregnancy when al. intrahepatic cholestasis disease by whole concept and TDS,to feed the concept of ChenHao soup primarily to add and subtract the treatment of this disease has obvious effect, and without influence to the fetus,can continue to pregnancy, herbal treatment shows superiority,and low prices are easily patients accepted. |
