| 摘 要： | 研究目的：分析鲑鱼降钙素治疗骨质疏松症的疗效。研究方法：采用鲑鱼降钙素联合钙尔奇D治疗78例骨质疏松症病人，评价治疗前后的疼痛缓解情况和腰椎骨密度变化。研究结果：降钙素组治疗3月后的病人腰椎骨密度明显增加，疼痛明显减轻，总有效率优于单用钙尔奇D组。研究结论：鲑鱼降钙素联合钙尔奇D治疗骨质疏松症有效、安全。
