药品不良反应报告分析

摘    要:目的:分析总结出相关不良反应的发生特点及与药品、患者、时间等因素的关联性,从而为ADR监测提供信息,使ADR得到早期警告,减少不良反应的发生,为临床合理用药提供参考依据.方法:对扬州市中医院2008~2009年收集的203份药品不良反应报告从涉及药物、给药途径、给药剂型、发生时间、主要症状、损伤类型、危害程度等多个角度展开综合分析、统计.结果:静脉给药引发的ADR最多,抗感染药物的不良反应较多,不良反应以皮肤及胃肠道反应为多见.秋季发生ADR的频率较大.结论:医务工作者应加强ADR的监测工作,提高医务人员的责任意识和履行报告职责的积极性.结合ADR 发生特点,合理用药,从而减少或避免药品不良反应的发生.

Abstract:Objective: The analysis summarizes factor and so on occurrence characteristic and with drugs, patient, time which the correlation responded not good relatednesses, thus is the ADR monitor provides the information, enable ADR to obtain the early time to warn, reduces occurrence which responded not good, provides the reference for the clinical reasonable medication. Methods:To the Yangchow Chinese medicine hospital 2008-2009 year collection 203 drugs responded not good the report from involves the medicine,for the medicine way, for the medicament, has the time, the main symptom, the damage type,the harm degree and so on many angles launches the generalized analysis, the statistics. Results:The vein are most to medicine initiation ADR, the anti-infection medicine responded not good many, responded not good by the skin and the gastro-intestinal tract responded for sees. The autumn has the ADR frequency to be big. Conclusion: The medical worker should strengthen ADR the monitor work, raises medical personnel's responsibility consciousness and the fulfillment report responsibility enthusiasm. Unifies ADR to have the characteristic, reasonable medication,thus reduces or avoids the occurrence which the drugs responded not good.
