阴式子宫次全切除术手术配合的护理体会

目的：总结阴式子宫次全切除术的手术配合经验。方法：回顾性总结50例行阴式子宫次全切除术手术配合护理。结果：50例患者手术中医护配合顺利，无1例改开腹行子宫切除，术后恢复快，出血少，无1例患者因术中出血过量而输血。结论：充分的术前准备，熟悉器官解剖位置及手术步骤，术中密切观察配合，特别是体位的摆放和术中良好的光照是本术式手术配合的重点，也是保证手术顺利进行的关键。
