ICU病人输血治疗的临床分析

目的：探讨ICU病人输血治疗的临床疗效。方法：回顾分析150例ICU病人给予输血治疗的临床资料。结果：好转138例，死亡12例，死亡率92％。好转患者的水电解质酸碱平衡紊乱获患上纠正，凝血机制的改善。结论：输血治疗可以补充血容量、改善循环、增加携氧能力，提高血浆蛋白，增进凝血功能，对保证危重患者治疗的成功和患者的安全有着重要意义。
