机械通气治疗呼吸衰竭患者的护理

目的：探讨机械通气治疗呼吸衰竭患者的护理措施及方法。方法：对我院近3年来使用机械通气抢救11例呼吸衰竭患者的护理措施进行回顾性总结，报道。结果：11例呼吸衰竭患者中，机械通气时间〈48h4例，48—72h4例，〉72h3例，均顺利撤机。结论：机械通气是目前治疗呼吸衰竭患者较为有效，安全，可行的方法。严密的病情观察，有效的呼吸道湿化，吸痰时机和方法的正确掌握是呼吸衰竭患者机械通气得到成功救治的关键。
