分析目前学校传染病防治管理现状与对策

目的：了解学校传染病防治管理现状,为加强学校传染病监督管理,建立有效监管模式提供对策。方法：对本地学校和托幼机构传染病防治管理情况进行调查。结果：托幼机构和中小学传染病防治管理工作多数规范,大中专学校及职业技术学校相对较差,外来民工子弟学校隐患最多。各类学校传染病管理组织和疫情登记报告工作较完善,但制度措施的落实和预防接种证查验工作相对较差,校医院或卫生保健室传染病管理工作最差。结论：加强学校传染病防治管理,加大宣传工作力度,建立有效、长效工作机制。

Objective： Understood the school infectious disease prevents and controls the management present situation, for strengthens the school infectious disease management by supervision, establishes the effective supervising and managing pattern to provide the countermeasure. Methods：Prevents and controls the management situation to the local school and the preschool infectious disease to carry on the investigation. Results： The preschool and the elementary and middle schools infectious disease prevent and control the supervisory work most standards ,the universities and technical institutes school and the vocational--technical school rel- ative bad,the external labourer dependent＇s school hidden danger are most. Each kind of school infectious disease manages the organ- ization and the epidemic situation registration report work is perfect,but system measure realization and prophylatic inoculation card inspection work relative bad, the school hospital or the hygienic clinic infectious disease supervisory work is worst. Conclusion： Strengthens the school infectious disease to prevent and control the management, enlarge propaganda work dynamics, establishes, the persistent effect work mechanism effectively.
