利美达松注射治疗增生性瘢痕120例疗效观察

目的：探讨利美这松注射疗法治疗增生性瘢痕的优越性。方法：120例患者，随机分为治疗组60例（失访4例），对照组60例（失访7例）；治疗组用利美达松针注射疗法治疗；对照组用曲安奈德针注射治疗，对瘢痕的厚度及主观症状改变进行疗效评估。结果：两种方法均有效，但治疗组疗效优于对照组；另一方面治疗纽的并发症明显少于对照纽。结论：利美达松针治疗增生性瘢痕方法简单，安全性高，有效率高，并发症少，是治疗增生性瘢痕的最佳药物之一。
