仿悬吊疗法结合止痛药物等治疗对癌症患者疼痛的影响

目的：探讨采用分娩镇痛对引产时间（产程）的影响。方法：连续硬膜外病人自控镇痛（PCEA）罗哌卡因与芬太尼联合应用于分娩镇痛对产程、采用分组对照法，选择同期入院引产病人156例，分为自愿采用无痛方法引产组76例和不采用无痛方法的80例作为对照组。分别纪录两组从用药到胎儿娩出的时间；产妇自感疼痛程度。结果：利凡诺镇痛组平均分娩时间34．23±10．56小时；利凡诺有痛组平均分娩时间34．23±10．56小时，p〉0．05，分娩镇痛不会延长引产时间。产妇腹痛程度明显减轻。结论：采用无痛分娩可以改变病人的痛感及精神状态，不影响产程时间，使引产患者在无任何痛苦情况下轻松结束分娩及清官术，同时避免引产所致的各种并发症，使女性朋友既避免心理及精神创伤，值得推广。

Results： Acrinol eases the pain the group average childbirth time 34.23 ± 10.56 hour; Acrinol has the pain group average childbirth time 34.23±10. 56 hour, p〉0.05, the childbirth analgesia cannot lengthen induces labor the time. The parturient woman abdominal pain degree re- duces obviously. Conclusion：Uses the painless childbirth to be possible to change patient＇s pain and the state of mind,does not affect the course of childbirth time, causes to induce labor the patient in not to have in any painful situation the relaxed conclusion child- birth and the clear palace technique, simultaneously avoids inducing labor the result each kind of complication, causes the feminine friend already to avoid the psychology and the energetic wound,is worth oromoting.
