165例2型糖尿病患者中医病证分布规律研究

目的：调查住院高血压患者自我管理的功效水平和特点，以及评价护理干预的效果，探索一种提高病人自我功效的方法。方法：依据Bandura的自我功效理论，采用《自我功效评价表》，以124例原发性高血压病患者为研究对象，通过问卷调查及电话回访的方式，评估他们护理干预前及干预3个月后的自我功效水平，进行数据统计分析。结果：受试高血压痛人自我功效水平普遍偏低，护理干预可以提高病人的自我功效。结论：通过护理干预提高患者的自我功效水平，可获得良好的健康和社会效益，是高血压治疗过程中重要环节，值得提倡和大力开展。

Nursing intervenes to primary hypertension patient self--effect influence

Objective：The investigation in hospital patients with elevated blood pressure self-control effect level and the characteristic,as well as the appraisal nursing intervention effect,explores one kind to enhance the patient self-effect the method. Methods ： Based on the Bandura self- effect theory, uses ＂Self- Effect Appraisal Table＂, take 124 example primary hypertension sickness patient as the object of study,pays a return visit the way through the questionnaire survey and the telephone,after appraised they nurse before the intervention and intervene for 3 months the self- effect levels, carries on the data statistical analysis. Results： Is tried hypertension patient self-effect level universally somewhat low, the nursing intervention may enhance patient＇s self-effect. Conclusion：Raises patient＇s self-effect level through the nursing intervention, may obtain the good health and the social efficiency, is in hypertension course of treatment the important link,is worth advocating and developing vigorously.
