| 摘 要： | 目的：分析肋骨骨折X线漏诊的原因,以提高对肋骨骨折的检测率.方法：回顾性分析本院2009年2月至2010年5月经X线检查诊断出的肋骨骨折156例.结果：经X线平片检测出的肋骨骨折130例,漏诊26例.结论：选择合适的投照位置以及对X线平片仔细、认真、全面的观察等都是降低肋骨骨折漏诊率的关键.

| Abstract: | Objective： Analysis rib bone fracture X the reason which leaks examines,enhances to the rib bone fracture examination rate. Methods：Review analysis this courtyard from February,2009 to May, 2010 the rib bone fracture 156 examples which diagnoses after X inspection. Finally：Rib bone fracture 130 examples examines which after X even piece, leaks examines 26 examples. Conclusion：Chooses appropriate throwing according to the position as well as to X even piece careful,earnest,the comprehensive observation and so on all is reduces the rib bone fracture rate of missed diagnosis the key. |
