脑梗死后抑郁症与血清细胞因子关系的研究进展

目的：观察健脾抑瘤汤对晚期原发性肝癌患者免疫功能的影响.方法：将60例患者随机分成治疗组与对照组各30例,两组患者均采用相同的西医药疗法治疗.治疗组同时加用健脾抑瘤汤治疗,两组30天为1疗程,一个疗程评价疗效.观察两组治疗前后生活质量及免疫功能变化情况.结果：两组生活质量（卡氏评分）变化比较,治疗组与对照组提高稳定率分别为80.0%、56.7%（P〈0.05）;两组治疗前后T淋巴细胞亚群变化比较,治疗后两组CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8均有不同程序的升高,与治疗前比较差异均有显著性（P〈0.01或P〈0.05）,且治疗组明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）.结论：健脾抑瘤汤具有提高机体免疫功能,改善临床症状及生活质量,延长生存期.

Methods：Divides into the treatment group and control group each 30 examples stochastically 60 example patients, two group of patients use the same doctor practicing western medicine pharmacotherapy treatment. The treatment group simultaneously adds with is good for the spleen damps the lump soup treatment,two groups 30 days are 1 treatment course,a treatment course appraisal curative effect. Around observes two groups to treat the quality of life and the immunity function change situation. Results：Two group of qualities of life （card grades） changes the comparison, the treatment group and the control group enhances the index of stability respectively is 80.0 %, 56.7% （P〈0.05） ;Around two groups treat the T lymphocyte subgroup change comparison,treats latter two group of CD 3, CD 4, CD 4/CD 8 has the different procedure ascension, the comparison difference has the significance with the treatment before （P〈0.01 or P〈0, 05）, also the treatment group is higher than the control group obviously （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Is good for the spleen damps the lump soup to have enhances organism immunity function, the improvement clinical symptom and the quality of life,the extension lifetime.
