新易筋疗法治疗肩周炎的临床研究

目的：观察温针灸治疗臂丛神经损伤所致神经病理性疼痛的临床疗效。方法：将21例臂丛神经损伤后疼痛患者随机分为温针灸治疗组、电针对照组和康复对照组各7例，采用简化McGill疼痛询问量表评定三组疗效。结果：21例病人全部完成整个疗程，脱失0例。治疗后三组各项评分有显著性差异（p〈0．01）。温针灸组治疗前后比较，PRI情绪项差异有统计学差异（p〈0．05），其余各评分有显著性差异（p〈0．01）。结论：温针灸治疗臂丛神经损伤后神经病理性疼痛优于电针治疗和康复物理治疗。

After the acupuncture plus heat moxibustion treatment cures the arm clump of neurotrosis nerve pathologicaJ ache clinical curative effect observation

Objective：Ohserve the therapeutic effect of warming needle in treating the neuropathic pain after brachial plexus iniu- ry. Methods： Divide 21 cases of neuropathic pain after brachial plexus injury into warming needle treatment group,clectroacupuncture （EA） controlled group and physical therapy controlled group,each 7 patients randomly. The short--form of McGill Pain Questionnaire was used to compare the effects. Results： 21 cases finished the whole course, no case losses. All scores had significant statistical differences（p〈0.01）among three groups after treatment. PRI emotional degree of the treatment group before and after treatment had statistical differences（p〈0.05）, while the Others had significant differences （p〈0.01）. Conclusion Warming needle was more effective than EA and physical therapy.
