138例慢性盆腔炎的临床分析

目的：探讨微波联合止带方治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法：选取我院2007年9月～2010年10月收治的138例慢性盆腔炎患者的临床资料，随机分为治疗组（69例）和对照组（69例），两组患者均采用微波治疗，治疗组患者加用中药止带方进行辅助治疗，连续治疗3个月，比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果：治疗组患者显效51倒，有效8例，无效10例，有效率86．96％，对照组患者显效47例，有效6例，无效16例，总有效率76．81％，治疗组患者疗效明显优于对照组患者，两组患者疗效比较差异有统计学意义（p〈0．05）。结论：微波联合中药止带方治疗慢性盆腔炎，可以在短期内减轻患者的痛苦，缩短了病程，疗效满意值得在临床推广。

Results：The treatment group patients show results 51 examples,the effective 8 examples, the invalid 10 ex- amples,effectiveness 86.96 ~, the control group patients show results 47 examples, the effective 6 examples, the invalid 16 exam- ples, the total effectiveness 76.81 ~, the treatment group patient curative effect surpasses the control group patients obviausly, two group of patient curative effect comparison difference has statistics significance（p〈0.05）. Conclusion： The microwave union Chinese native medicine stops the belt side treatment chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, may reduce patient＇s pain in the short--term, re- duced the course of an illness,curative effect satisfaction has been worth in the clinical promotion.
