小剂量氢氯噻嗪治疗原发性高血压的疗效观察

目的：观察早期康复锻炼对下肢骨折致膝关节功能障碍患者功能恢复的影响。方法：将符合病例入选标准的60例患者随机分为观察组、对照组。观察组于下肢骨折固定术后第2天即逐渐给予复康锻炼，对照组于下肢骨折固定术后7天开始逐渐给予复康锻炼。2纽均以2个月为1个疗程，治疗1个疗程后观察疗效。结果：治愈率治疗组为36．67％，对照组为20．00％，2纽相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。有效率治疗组为76．67％，对照组为66．67％，2组相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。2组治疗前膝关节功能评分比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；治疗前后2组组内比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗后2组组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：早期康复锻炼有助于下肢骨折致膝关节功能障碍患者膝关节功能的恢复。
