58例小针刀治疗颈肩腰腿痛病人围术期的护理

目的：探讨小针刀治疗颈肩腰腿痛病人围术期的护理.方法：以中医护理为主,加强术前情志护理及术中配合和病情观察,术后进行康复指导.结果：本组58例病人,40例治愈,12例显效,5例好转,1例无效,总有效率为98.3%,无并发症.结论：采用中医护理为主的护理方法为患者进行围手术期护理,可提高治愈率,减少并发症.
