采用气相色谱-质谱分析法对金钱草挥发性应用研究

金钱草为报春花科珍珠菜属Lysimachia植物过路黄Ly—simachchristinaeHance的新鲜或干燥金草，又名大金钱草、对座草、路边黄、遍地黄等。采用气相色谱-质谱分析方法从中药材金钱草的挥发油样品中共分离出28个色谱峰，鉴定出其中20个组分，占挥发油总含量的79．4％。金钱草挥发油化学成分的分析能为进一步研究和开发金钱草提供有利的科学依据。
