在结核病防治工作中运用项目管理的探索

通过实施结核病项目管理，遏制结核病的流行，保障人民群众的身体健康。在总结阐述三个结核病防治项目在我县实施取得的成效及影响因素的基础上分析探讨结核病防治对策。非结核病防治机构存在漏诊现象，督导质量不高，公众防病意识缺乏，疾控工作开展不到位，仍是结核病疫情的影响因素。强化政府职能、加强防治机构能力建设、更好地发挥项目作用、动员全社会参与等是结核病防治的有效对策。

To prevent and control in the work at tuberculosis to utilize the project management exploration

Through the implementation tuberculosis project management, contains tuberculosis the unpopularity, safeguards people＇s health. In the summary elaborated three tuberculoses prevent and control the project the result and in the influence factor foundation which obtains in my county implementation analyze the discussion tuberculosis to prevent and control the countermeas- ure. The non--tuberculosis prevents and controls the organization existence to leak examines the phenomenon, the direction quality is not high, the public prevents disease consciousness to lack,illness controls the work development not to arrive,still was tuberculosis epidemic situation influence factor. The strengthened government function,the enhancement preventing and controlling organization ability construction,plays the project role well, mobilizes the entire social participation and so on is the effective countermeasure which tuberculosis prevents and controls.
