脑卒中肩关节半脱位分期采用肩吊带的疗效分析

目的：比较不同药物治疗纤维肌痛综合征（FMS）的临床效果，为FMS的治疗提供方法学的参考。方法：选择2005年9月-2010年9月我院诊治的58例纤维肌痛综合征（FMS）患者作为研究对象，分别采用阿米替林、环苯扎林进行治疗。结果：治疗后3个月时不同药物干预方法的VAS疼痛程度差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），阿米替林组有3倒患者（10．3％）出现不良反应，观察组有4例患者（13．8％）出现不良反应，主要表现为视力减退、心律失常、尿储留、口干、便秘，两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义（P=1．000）。结论：联合使用阿米替林和帕夫林治疗纤维肌痛综合征可以提高临床治疗效果，且安全性较高，值得临床上推广。

Conclusion：Uses Arab League Mi Tilin and Pfaff forest treatment textile fiber myodynia jointly synthesizes drafts may enhance the clinical treatment result,also the security is high,is worth on promoting clinically.
