穴位注射配合颈椎牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病

目的：研究颈椎病的治疗方法。方法：将140例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为两组，试验组在基础治疗的基础上采用穴位注射配合颈椎牵引治疗，对照组采用基础治疗，观察两组临床症状、体征及影像学改善情况。结果：试验组总有效率92．86％，对照组总有效率61．43％，两组资料采用X^2检验，P〈0．05，有显著性差异。结论：穴位注射配合颈椎牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病临床疗效佳，值得推广。
