| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨中西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法：82例患者分为两组，对照组采用常规西医治疗，治疗组加用中药治疗。结果：对照组41例中显效12例，有效20例，总有效率78．05％。治疗组41例中显效23例，有效16例，总有效率95．12％；治疗组在心电图改善情况及主要症状缓解情况均优于对照组。结论：通窍活血汤联合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛具有确切的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective： The discussion the cooperation of Chinese and Western medicine treats coronary disease angina pectoris the curative effect. Methods：82 example patients divide into two groups, the control group use the conventional doctor practicing western medicine to treat,treatment group Canada treats with the Chinese native medicine. Results： In the control group 41 examples shows results 12 examples, effective 20 examples, total effectiveness 78. 05 ~. In the treatment group 41 examples shows results 23 exam- pies,effective 16 examples, total effectiveness 95.12%;The treatment group surpasses the control group in the electrocardiogram improvement situation and the main symptom alleviation situation. Conclusion：Understands the blood circulation soup union western medicine to treat coronary disease angina pectoris to have the accurate curative effect. |
