胫腓骨骨折63例行闭合复位交锁髓内钉治疗分析

目的：探讨闭合复位交锁髓内钉治疗不同年龄胫腓骨骨折。方法：对63例胫腓骨骨折患者按年龄分为低年龄和高年龄两组，通过闭合复住交锁髓内钉治疗，考察愈合情况、愈合时间及不良反应。结果：低年龄组手术时间、手术出血量、愈合时问以及术后的不良反应优于比高年龄组，同时其优良率可达93．1％，而高年龄组为83．3％。结论：闭合复位交锁髓内钉技术已成为不同年龄胫腓骨骨折的治疗选择。
