早期对脑卒中后致吞咽困难的护理体会

目的：探讨脑卒中后吞咽困难患者早期实施安全有效的进食方法,减少吸入吸入性肺炎、营养不良等并发症的发生,提高患者的生活质量.方法：对50例脑卒中吞咽困难患者早期进行吞咽功能训练.结果：50例吞咽困难患者经过10-30天的康复练习,总有效率97.5%,误吸和肺部并发症的发生率明显下降.
