手法加超激光治疗寰椎椎动脉沟环所致眩晕10例的疗效观察

目的：探讨非手术治疗寰椎椎动脉沟环所致眩晕的机理和方法;方法：通过以龙氏手法为主加上超激光治疗寰椎椎动脉沟环所致眩晕患者10例,其中属于全环的有5例,断环3例,半环2例,并以颈性眩晕症状与功能评估量表进行疗效的评定;结果：10例患者的眩晕症状有不同程度的缓解或消失;结论：手法加超激光对寰椎椎动脉沟环所致眩晕有一定的疗效,可作为非手术治疗的方法加以选择.
