甲地孕酮对晚期肺癌化疗患者生活质量影响的临床观察

目的：探讨甲地孕酮对晚期肺癌化疗患者生活质量的影响.方法：将确诊为晚期肺癌的患者70例随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组为甲地孕酮加化疗,于化疗前一天开始服用甲地孕酮,每天一次,每次160㎎,连服2周,对照组为单纯化疗组,观察患者的KPS评分、食欲、体重、消化道反应以及白细胞情况.结果：治疗组KPS评分提高或稳定30例,占85.7%,食欲改善25例,占71.4%,体重增加或无变化28例,占80%,Ⅱ度以下消化道反应28例,占80%,白细胞计数正常27例,占77.1%.两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.005）.结论：甲地孕酮可明显减轻化疗患者的副作用,可提高患者生活质量.

Objecitve：Discusses the armor progesterone to the later period lung cancer chemotherapy patient quality of life influence. Methods：Will diagnose for the later period lung cancer patient 70 examples divides into the treatment group and the control group stochastically, the treatment group adds the chemotherapy for the armor progesterone, day before will start in the chemotherapy to take the armor progesterone, daily one time, each time 160 mg,including will take 2 weeks, the control group for the pure chemotherapy group,will observe patient＇s KPS grading,the appetite, the body weight, the digestive tract response as well as the white blood cell situation. Results：The treatment group KPS grading enhances or the stable 30 examples,accounts for 85.7% ,the appetite improves 25 examples,accounts for 71.4 %, the weight gain or does not have changes 28 examples, accounts for 80 %, ⅡFollowing digestive tract responded 28 examples, account for 80 %, the white blood cell counting normal 27 examples, accounts for 77.1 %. Two group of comparison differences have statistics significance （P〈0. 005）. Conclusion：The armor progesterone may reduce the chemotherapy patient＇s side effect obviously, may improve the patient quality of life.
