骨科患者术后疼痛的护理

目的：探讨护理干预对骨科患者术后疼痛控制的影响,如何有效减少患者术后的疼痛.方法：对我院骨科的骨折手术患者100例,按照随机原则分为干预组和对照组各50例,对照组按照骨科常规术后护理方法,干预组在对照组的基础上增加综合性的护理干预措施,对比患者术后的疼痛程度、满意程度.结果：采用多种方式综合护理的患者术后疼痛感降低者较一般护理方式组多,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：采用综合护理方式对骨科患者进行术后疼痛的护理能有效降低患者的疼痛感,建议临床推广.
