急性心肌梗死68例院前急救分析

目的：探讨急性心肌梗死院前有效的、安全的急救措施。方法：选择2008年-2010年完成院前急救的68例急性心肌梗死患者进行回顾性分析。结果：本组患者中，3例心跳骤停者经抢救后，有3例抢救不效死亡，剩余66例经急救处理后生命体征平稳，并被及时转送入院。66例患者入院后，对没有溶栓禁忌证的43例患者行早期溶栓治疗，剩余23例行常规急救处理后及时送上级医院行急诊皮腔内冠状动脉成形术。1例患者死于反复室颤，余65例好转或治愈出院。结论：性心肌梗死的院前急救关键在于一个“早”字，患者要做到早呼救，医护人员要及时赶到、尽快进行诊断，并早治疗、早溶栓和早急诊皮腔内冠状动脉成形术。这样才能为患者进一步住院治疗打下良好基础，最终改善预后，大大提高院前抢救成功率。
