胫骨平台骨折术式选择及治疗50例临床观察

目的：探讨胫骨平台骨折术式选择及疗效。方法：对我院近年收治的50例胫骨平台骨折患者，根据骨折类型、全身情况及局部软组织情况选择治疗方法。对于Ⅰ型无移位骨折，行空心加压螺钉固定。Ⅱ型、Ⅲ型采取膝外侧切口，Ⅳ型采取膝内侧切口，Ⅴ型、Ⅵ型根据骨折情况选择外侧或双侧切口。结果：50例患者术后均获随访，随访时间最少0．5年，最长2年，平均时间1．3年。骨折均临床愈合，优16例，良27例，可5例，差2例，优良率85．4％。结论：胫骨平台移位骨折治疗困难，手术是使骨折复位、修复关节的最好方法。

Methods： 50 example shinbone platform bone fracture patient recent years admitted who to my courtyard,according to bone fracture type, whole body situation and partial soft tissue situation choice method of treatment. Regarding Ⅰ non-shifting bone fracture,line of hollow compression screw retention. Ⅱ,Ⅲ adopts the knee flank margin, Ⅳ adopts the knee inside margin, Ⅴ, Ⅵ basis bone fracture situation choice flank or two-sided margin. Results： After 50 example patient technique attains the revisit,the revisit time are least for 0.5 year,lon- gest 2 years,mean time 1.3 years. The bone fracture clinical heals, superior 16 examples, good 27 examples,but 5 examples, difference 2 examples, fine rate 85.4 %. Conclusion：The shinbone platform shifting bone fracture treatment difficulty, the surgery is causes the bone fracture replacement,to repair the joint the best method.
