52例胆源性急性胰腺炎早期非手术治疗分析

目的：探讨胆源性急性胰腺炎（BAP）早期非手术治疗的诊治可行性.方法：回顾分析我院2000年1月至2010年3月收治胆源性急性胰腺炎52例,根据有无胆道梗阻及胰腺炎轻重程度分四类,进行临床治疗结果分析和总结.结果：轻症非梗阻型28例,发病后2周内非手术治疗均治愈.轻症梗阻型19例,经72h治疗后中转急诊手术2例,均治愈.重症非梗阻型3例,2周内非手术治疗治愈,重症梗阻型 2例,经非手术治疗24-36h后转上级医院治疗.结论：胆源性胰腺炎早期2周内一般予以保守治疗,待胰腺炎症水肿消退,病情稳定后应及时手术治疗.

Methods：The review analyzed my courtyard from January,2000 to admit the gallbladder source impatient pancreatitis 52 examples to March,2010, whether there is divided four kinds according to the biliary duct obstruction and the pancreatitis weight degree,carried on the clinical treatment result analysis and the summary. Results： The mild case non-obstruction 28 examples, are taken bad in the latter 2 weeks the nonsurgery to treat cure. The mild case obstruction 19 examples, relay emergency medical treatment surgery 2 after the 72h treatment, cures. The critically ill non-obstruction 3 examples,in 2 weeks the non-surgery treats the cure,the critically ill obstruction 2 examples, treats 24- 36h after the non-surgery to transfer the higher authority hospital treatment. Conclusion：In the gallbladder source pancreatitis early time 2 weeks gives the conservative treatment generally,waits the pancreatic gland inflammation dropsy to abate,after the condition stable should the prompt surgery treat.
