| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨六味地黄丸在养生中的应用.方法：根据3例亚健康者典型案例进行综合分析.结果：典型案例提示六味地黄丸作为一个经典名方,其应用仍然需要符合中医辨证论治的原则.结论：六味地黄丸在养生中的应用必须进行辨证,不可盲目使用,否则调养效果不佳,甚则影响身体健康.

| Abstract: | Objective：Discussion six tastes glutinous rehmannia pill in keeping in good health application. Methods：Carries on the generalized analysis according to 3 example Asia health illustrative case. Results ~ The illustrative case prompt six tastes glutinous re- hmannia pill took a classical name side,its application still needed to conform to the Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment princi- ple. Conclusion：The six tastes glutinous rehmannia pill must carry on dialectically in keeping in good health application, cannot use blindly,otherwise the recuperation effect is not good,really affects the health. |
