中西医治疗120例玻璃体混浊临床研究

目的：探讨心理护理对肿瘤放疗患者焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响.方法：将77例肿瘤患者随机分为干预组38例和对照组39例,对照组给予放疗及常规治疗,干预组在放疗及常规治疗的基础上给予心理护理,分别于放疗前后采用抑郁自评量表（SDS）和焦虑自评量表（SAS）对两组进行测试,分析心理护理对肿瘤放疗患者情绪的影响.结果：放疗后干预组SAS、SDS评分均明显低于对照组,两组比较有显著性差异（P 〈 0.05）.结论：心理护理使肿瘤放疗患者焦虑、抑郁程度明显减轻,生活质量明显提高.

Objecitve：Discussion psychology nursing to tumor radiotherapy patient anxious, despondent mood influence. Methods： Divides into the intervention group 38 examples and the control group 39 examples stochastically 77 example tumor patient,the con- trol group gives the radiotherapy and the conventional treatment, the intervention group gives psychological nursing in the radiotherapy and in the conventional treatment foundation, uses separately around the radiotherapy from comments despondently meter （SDS） and from comments meter （SAS） to carry on the test anxious to two groups,analysis psychology nursing to the tumor radiotherapy patient mood influence. Results： After the radiotherapy intervenes group SAS, the SDS grading obviously is lower than the control group, two groups of comparisons have the significance difference （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Psychological nursing causes the tumor radiotherapy patient anxious, the despondent degree to reduce obviously,quality of life distinct enhancement.
