泮托拉唑与注射用白眉蛇毒血凝酶联用治疗消化性溃疡合并出血的疗效观察

目的：探讨泮托拉唑与注射用白眉蛇毒血凝酶联用治疗消化性溃疡合并出血的临床效果.方法：选择2008年4月至2009年5月在我院治疗的90例消化性溃疡并出血患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各45例,治疗组应用泮托拉唑与注射用白眉蛇毒血凝酶联合治疗,对照组单用泮托拉唑治疗,比较两组疗效和不良反应.结果：治疗组总有效率为95.6%,对照组为77.8%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组不良反应发生率为8.9%,对照组为6.7%,两组差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）.结论：泮托拉唑与注射用白眉蛇毒血凝酶联用治疗消化性溃疡并出血效果显著,值得在临床更多应用.
