腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠的护理

异位妊娠是妇产科常见的急腹症之一，若不及时诊断和积极抢救，可危及患者生命，异住妊娠近年来有上升趋势，其中以输卵管最常见，随着医学不断发展，腹腔镜手术治疗异住妊娠具有创伤小，术后恢复快，痕疤小，早出院等特点，逐渐被患者接受，我科2008年以来异位妊娠采用腹腔镜手术治疗122例，手术均成功，现将护理体会介绍如下。

The extrauterine pregnancy is one of gynecology and obstetrics department common acute abdominal pains,if diagnoses and the positive rescue not promptly,might endanger the patient life, the extrauterine pregnancy has the trend of escalation in recent years, in which is most common by the oviduct,developed unceasingly along with the medicine, the peritoneoscope surgery treated the extrauterine pregnancy to have the wound to be small,after the technique restored quickly, the mark scar was small,left the hospital early and so on the characteristics,is accepted gradually by the patient, since my branch 2008 the extrauterine pregnancy has used the peritoneoscope surgery to treat 122 examples, the surgery succeeds,presently will nurse the experience introduction as follows.
