成人股骨胫骨干骨折延期内固定产生丰富的骨痂愈合——附138例报告

目的：探讨脑肿瘤患者围手术期的临床护理路径及其疗效评价.方法：对我院2007年06月至2010年10月行脑肿瘤手术的患者137例,随机分为2组：护理路径应用组（实验组,n=70）;常规护理路径应用组（对照组,n=67）.观察术后并发症的发生率及类型;问卷调查患者家属的护理满意度及健康护理内容知晓率;观察患者平均住院时间.结果：两组间术后并发症的发生率存在显著差异（P =0.007）;护理满意度及内容知晓率均显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）;住院时间较对照组显著降低（P＜0.05）.结论：脑肿瘤患者围手术期的护理路径应用疗效明显,具有较好的推广应用价值.
